Can I contact Traveland in an emergency?
In the unlikely event that something ever goes wrong, we operate a 24hr Emergency Phone service so that we can endeavour to rectify the problem satisfactorily.
Can I make an appointment?
Yes you can. Feel free to ring our Porthcawl office (freephone number at the foot of this page) to make an appointment with our friendly and knowledgable staff who are there to help. Making an appointment ensures that someone will be available to talk to you when it is convenient for you.
I have limited mobility. Can I still cruise?
Generally speaking, the answer is yes although facilities vary from ship to ship. Please ask our staff for information regarding the particular holiday you are thinking about.
What about cruising with children?
First and foremost, cruising is a very safe holiday environment for your children. Although some restrictions apply, a number of cruise ships provide abundant activities and child-friendly menus for infants through to teenagers. Just ask for details.
What documents will I need?
You will always need your passport (most countries require six months remaining) and depending upon your ports of call, you may need a Visa, Proof of Citizenship and evidence of Vaccinations. We will advise you of the requirements at the time of your booking.
What is Traveland's transfer service?
Traveland's Transfer Service is operated to a very high standard and is a two tier service. Premium Service 'Gold' which collects you and your lugguage from home and return and Standard Service 'Blue' which allows you to join the service at various departure points. Operated by coach, mini-bus or car, it takes the worry and concern about reaching sea ports away because there is always someone within the Traveland organisation to ensure that all goes well. This service is available on a wide selection of Southampton departures for UK residents in South Wales and Gwent.
